Training Programs

We’ve been hands on with several high-profile restaurant openings in a variety of neighborhoods in Chicago and are no strangers to building systems and procedures along with training programs from scratch. We have also held positions as both Head Chef and General Manager, which means we speak the language of both FOH and BOH. We offer comprehensive secret shopping reports with feedback and training guidelines on everything from ambiance, to service, to menu offerings and execution. Menu Development

With a degree in the Culinary Arts from Chicago’s own Kendall College, paired with 15 years of experience in everything from fine-dining restaurants, to gastro pubs, to catering and special events, we are well-suited to help you develop or make adjustments to your menus. Having built comprehensive beverage lists for notable Chicago bar programs as well, we can inspire your creativity, or “trim the fat” and keep your costs in line.
